The Surrey Memorial Hospital Emergency Department and Critical Care Tower project is an eight-storey, 61,000 square-meters expansion at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Approximately 1.2 million square-feet which houses a 235,000 square-foot exhibition hall, 56,000 square-foot ballroom, 83,000 square-feet of meeting space and a 443 vehicle parkade.
Approximately 560,000 square-foot research and training facility which houses a 55,000sqft mechanical room, 270,000sqft of lab space, 6,700sqft Class 3 Laboratory and two 230 seat lecture theatres.
